This Muhl Tech complete batting cage package has a 1.5 frame and the netting is constructed of braided #36 twine.

Muhl Tech uses polyethylene (PE) netting for the batting cages, versus nylon netting. PE netting does not absorb water, holds up well under direct sun, and is more economical than nylon.

After three years of outdoor exposure, PE netting retains a higher tensile strength than nylon.
